Harley Davidson riders die early – and there’s a reason for that.

Let’s find out why this happens and what to do -- to stop it happening to you…

Watch the video till the end and I will show you something funny - why JUST 11 push ups can save you. I’m sure you want to live longer. Not just to ride your motorcycle. You might also enjoy life in other ways, have a family and mission to complete.

Personally, I love riding and I definitely want to ride my Harley till I die!

But I also want to live a long time. So to ride my Harley deep into old age -- to the very end I need quality of life.

I was sitting in a café the other day and I looked up and saw a couple of power rangers, nice sports bikes and matching suits. I was close enough to hear them say  “Harley riders are overweight”

They didn’t say it like that, they said it in a very derogatory way - Harley riders are fat - and then a plural of a four letter F word – -- think about it.

So I wanted to flash my six pack and other things at them but you can’t —because, you know, climate change BUT it got me thinking -- are they all fat?

Well, a lot certainly are overweight and out of shape. Overweight is directly linked to a shorter lifespan – I will tell you why in the video.

Obviously increased life span means more time riding your Harley. It also means more time with your family, your children and doing all the other things that you love.

It means the end of your life – the last years will be lived with quality NOT with pain and suffering.

40% of the world is obese?? (not just overweight)

In Australia 67% of people are overweight

England is similar at 64% and the USA is even higher at 69%

Of course, it’s slanted toward the older people. As a generalisation the older crowd puts on more weight, older = more overweight and Harley riders are older. I was sitting in a café the other day and I looked up and saw a couple of power rangers

If I look around locally here in Australia. This holds true so many older Harley riders and so many are out of condition.

There is a way out and I cover an interesting study that gives you an easy test to see where you sit in the scheme of things. Of course this video also includes, Harley’s, rides and some fun with some local riders.
