In the western world almost 70% of people are overweight and around 40% are obese. This is slanted toward the older crowd and the average age of a Harley rider is over 50 years of age.
For a lot people, especially as they get older and less active – the task of losing weight or keeping it off is very difficult. Sure, it’s is partly discipline BUT there are a few “essential” tricks that make it DEAD EASY and today I’m going to show you just ONE of them.

What is overweight anyway? – people do all sorts of things to measure this and over the years I have found most things to be inaccurate or too much hassle.
Personally, I have settled for this quick 2 part test.
Grab your skin near your belly button and you want to feel hardly anything between your thumb and forefinger.
Stand in front of the mirror and see something of your abs. You don’t NEED a full six pack unless you want one because that’s an enormous amount of EXTRA work.
These two tests - the pinch test and mirror test – tells you if you are overweight or not.
