Harley Riders Have More FUN Than Sports Bike Riders - Harley Davidson THUNDER Ride

It's a fact isn't it? Harley riders have more fun than sports bike riders. Join me for the Harley Davidson Thunder Ride 2022 - organised by the Dandenong Harley Owners Group and Dandenong Market (A Big Thank You) Awesome Bikes, People, Food and Music - Join us in this video for some fun.

There's nothing quite like the roar of a Harley Davidson engine as it rumbles down the open road. At this event we had over 400 Harley’s ride together to the destination. For those of us who own a Harley, it's not just about the bike itself, it's also about the community that surrounds it. The Harley Davidson community is one that is built on a foundation of camaraderie, mutual respect, love of motorcycles and the open road.

Take this annual Harley Davidson Thunder Ride for example. Every year, hundreds of Harley enthusiasts from all over Melbourne attend this event to celebrate their shared passion for the iconic American motorcycle. It's a short and sweet event that has a band playing and a show and shine but it's also an opportunity for riders to connect with other members of the community, swap stories, and form new friendships that will last a lifetime.

And it's not just events like this that bring the Harley community together. Riders can often be found gathering at the local dealerships or meeting up at a local cafe for a quick ride - Victoria has some great roads and scenery.

The Harley community is more than just a group of people who share a common interest in motorcycles. It's a network of support, a place where people can turn to each other for help and advice. When a fellow rider is in need, whether it's a mechanical issue or a personal one, the community rallies around them to provide help and support.

It also gives many people a sense of belonging and connection. It's not uncommon for Harley riders to form lifelong friendships with people they meet through the community, even if they live on opposite sides of the country.

At the end of the day it’s people that make the Harley Davidson community so special. They come from all walks of life and all corners of the world, but they share a common bond that transcends language and culture. Personally I have found that the community spirit is alive and well - it’s much stronger in the Harley community than in any of the other motorcycle communities I have seen.
